private gin tastings
Explore the boundless world of gin, facillitated by our sister pub, the Bishop & Bagg, which is home to Quebec's premier gin collection.
To book a private gin tasting, a minimum of 10 people - or equivalent spend - is required.
Gin tastings are $75 per person, before taxes and tip.
They include five 0.5oz samples of gin from our collection, as well as paired canapés for each; and usually last 1.5 to 2 hours.
