Explore the boundless world of gin, facillitated by our sister pub, the Bishop & Bagg, which is home to Quebec's premier gin collection.
To book a private gin tasting, a minimum of 10 people - or equivalent spend - is required.
Tastings usually last 1.5 to 2 hours, include 0.5oz gin samples, as well as paired canapés for each.
